羽衣 銀座本店
「紅焼鶏塊ランチ」945円。
ランチは日替わりのようだ。
今日、選んだ「紅焼鶏塊」は、
"揚げ若どりの甘から煮と青葉炒め"と説明書きがあったけど、
青葉なんかちょっぴりで、もやしばっかり。
これじゃ"青葉炒め"というより、"もやし炒め"です。
揚げどりが、カラッとしておらず、
ビシャビシャなのが参った。
揚げた後に煮ちゃったのね。煮なくていいのに・・。
写真手前左端はポテトフライ。ソースはケチャップ。
冷めているうえに、妙に水っぽい。
春雨サラダもシャキッと感がなく、
ビシャビシャ・・。
水っぽいのが、
この店の特徴なのかもしれない・・うむむ。
